what happens when...
all you can think about is one person that makes you all happy and then makes you really annoyed but for some annoying unknown reason, you still think about them and all those happy things and then again for all of those things that just suck or could happen that would absolutely be a heart breaker huh? ughhh people.

Well track is awful. We… Warmed up 5 laps Did 8 hills on the steepest hill EVER. had a core workout. Which contained: 3-4 roaches 1 minute each. A LOT of planks. 2 were just about 1 minute and the others were longer. 30 sec. in lift left leg. after 10 seconds lift the right leg. then go down. We do that again but go up to push up position and do push-ups. then we did that again and after...
